Help: CMS Maintenance Page Contact Form Not Working Properly

    Hi,

    I’ve been notified by some clients that they’ve been submitting contact form requests via my maintenance page but I haven’t received any of them to my connected email (and I’ve hunted through my WP admin page and they haven’t turned up anywhere else). Also I’ve noticed that when clients go to enter their names and emails into the text boxes that the text field comes out clear or white and it’s very confusing for them.

    Would love any help resolving this!

    Hello, you are using 3rd party Contact Form so you should come up with your own styles.
    To change input color, insert this CSS code into Custom CSS:

    input {color: black}

    I’ve noticed, that you are using CMP plugin in Maintenance mode, which returns 503 error, you should change it to Coming Soon Mode in the basic settings.

    Also if you are not recieving any emails, check the configuration of the plugin you are using for a contact form. I would suggest a Contact form 7 which usually does not have any issues.
