Help chosing a theme (or changing mine?)

  • Hi everyone!
    I’m thinking of changing my website’s theme.
    I’m using Resonar right now. I like it a lot BUT, here is what I wish I could change:

    – I like the fact that there is a sticky post on the top but I wish there was the possibility of displaying the last posts in the homepage not as a list (like it is now) but as a set of squares, with a text bit from the articles.

    -I wish there was the possibility of creating a “portfolio page”: on the upper menu I’d like to add “Photo Portfolio”, so that a reader could click on it and go to a page where there is a set of squares, everyone with a title in it. By clicking on each square, a gallery would pop up with a specific set of photos

    -There should also be a blog page

    What would you suggest? Should I change theme? What theme would you pick up?
