    Help please..

My checkout page ajax suddenly stopped working correctly. When the country selector is changed and thus the shipping costs need to be recalculated by ajax, it causes the entire page to reload. Once reloaded, the country reverts to the original value and all other information is cleared.

I tried looking for a culprit in access.log, but I can’t find any reason why it should suddenly be an issue. This worked until last week and now I started getting complaints from customers.

I’m on dreampress and I don’t have any additional caching plugins except for varnish.

Any help on where to start troubleshooting this would be appreciated!

I had a look at the xhr tab of chrome on that page and it also looks perfectly fine.

I’d like to get support from someone who can tell me where to look, instead of the usual disable all themes and plugins response. Regardless of disabling, it still puts me back at square one because all my themes and plugins are essential.

    Any suggestions?

    Hi @jacauc,

I took a look at checkout on the site. I entered in my information and then changed the country several times. After each refresh, the fields remained the same.

Have you tried doing this in a private browser window to see if it happens then? If it still happens, let me know some additional details. Does it happen when you change between any two countries or only certain ones?

    Best,

    Howdy @jacauc,
