Help changing navigation menu links?

    I’ve been using the Inove theme on my site for a little less than a week, and everything was working fine with the links, but… this morning I woke up and all the links for the navigation menu have changed. They’ve all changed from blog/pagename/ to pageid.

    I don’t mind very much, but now my navigation menu is totally broken! What can I do to fix this?
