Help changing Blog and Posts pages layout

    I am using WordPress 3.8.5
    Am using 2 post categories.1 that display on the homepage and another that displays on a page called Blog. The homepage is displaying the posts as a summary that you can then click on to read the rest.
    The Blog page shows the complete post.
    I want to change the 2, so have the homepage show the complete post
    and the Blog page show a summary that you can then click on to read the rest.
