You can change it back directly to your database. Look from wp_options -table the option_name “home” and “site_url”

No, you need to access the database from your website-host’s admin panel. Do you have a username and password to it?

esmi’s hint is easier if you aren’t familiar with database-related things. I’d recommend you to try that.

Okay, I logged in to the database, and I found the wp_options table. I don’t see how to change those things, though, and I’m afraid of ruining this further.

If you want to do it directly to the database and you are using phpmyadmin as a client, then you should click “browse” and find the row and click edit. Check out step 5 from here as an example for how to edit those two values:
