HELP!! cant see any of my site! its gone!

I have got the plugins back and the back page, but its lost all the pages!?!?! can i get them back?

All my products have gone as well!

so you reinstalled wordpress? it looks like a fresh install….did you point your wp_config to your old database? do you have your old DB? Did you overwrite it or anything?

the host people told me to delete that database, and install a new one, but they have backups apparently?!

but the backups i have are only of the images etc not the pages and product info.

All your posts and stuff are kept in the database…..if the database is gone, your stuff is gone….

Would they have backed it up?

That is totally dependent on your host. Ask them!
