Can't save as it results in redirecting to main page

WordPress updated late last week across all my sites, there is 48 of them, since then i can not update any pages or add anything like a new user or what not as clicking the save page or update results in it just redirecting me to the main page, at first i thought it was just one site issue but it seems its all my sites on 2 completely different servers, is anyone else haveing this issue as its pretty frustrating that a forced update just screwed me and all my clients.
