HELP!! Can’t Fix the Menu Bar

Last week I created a website for my non profit using the Freely theme. It was amazing and all I needed was to add a logo. When i went in yesterday to add the logo, my web pages were a mess. I got an email saying there was an update, and it messed up my site. I fixed everything except the menu bar. I can’t reorder the menu pages to get them into the right order. Two of the sub-pages will not show up at all.

I’ve tried using every trouble shooting thing I’ve found on line and nothing has worked. I can’t start over, it’s taking me a long time to get it the way I want it. If anyone has suggestions, please let me know.
