• There is no troubleshooting tab.
I tried troubleshooting on one plugin, but there is no way to turn off troublshooting.

I believe deleting the cache deactivated all the plugins.
I can activate all the plug-ins, and they appear to be working on the site but on the plugins page they appear to be deactivated and read “Activate” under the titles.
This is after all the plugins were bulk activated.

According to site health there are “no issues detected” and there are 30 inactive plug-ins.

If I delete Performance Lab – will I be stuck in this non “Troublshooting” mode forever?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

I’ve added a new user with a different mail address, and still all the plugins look like they need to be “Activated” yet the site looks like the plugins are activated. There is still no Troubleshooting tab, nor is there a Tools tab, like there is on our development site.

This does not appear for me.
“What you may be able to do is visit the Plugins list, and if you hover over the plugin, a “Troubleshoot” link should appear allowing you to enable troubleshooting just for the Health Check plugin, much like what would happen if you started off in the Troubleshoot page.”
Also we do not use Woo-Commerce.

Had this problem with PHP 8.0 installed on server. Downgraded to PHP 7.4 and was able to turn of troubleshooting mode.

Same here! There is no way to deactivet the troubleshooting mode. I can only activate the troubleshootingmode inside itself but there is no way to remove it ^^’
