HELP – can i test/build my blog without hosting?

    I am ready to put together a blog but I was wondering how I could build the blog and test the blog without hosting it right away?

    My internet service provider offers a free web space deal but you can’t run any blogs, just regular home pages.

  • When you install XAMPP you’ll be able to run a webserver on your PC. you can then install WordPress on your computer and work on it locally.
