Help: "button builder", "fraud options", email addresses?

  • Could we have more documentation please? All I see is the FAQ page and “Other Notes” page. Specifically:

    • What is “button builder”?
    • What are “fraud options”?
    • What are the two email addresses for (“from” and “payment”)?
    • When a customer buys (or donor donates), I infer that s/he gets an email. Is an email also sent to someone associated with the web site?
    • “Other Notes” page mentions “productimage”; when is that image displayed?
