Backup can't be decrypted, unable to install

    This is my first time using Online Backup. I have backups emailed to me everyday and now I need to install one. When I try to upload my backup, I get the error message “The backup could not be decrypted; the encryption details specified were incorrect.”

    I’m not sure what this means. The backup file is a GZ file at 608 KB. I then used FTP to install the backup file but nothing happens. My first question is, how do I decrypt this file? And how do I install it?

    Any help or suggestions would be REALLY appreciated as I’m at a loss here. I look forward to your answers, thanks.
