    Help asap – can not add products to cart

    If I add products it says, product added to cart, but when I hover over the cart icon or just go to the cart page, it says cart is empty, please help asap…

    I tried:
    – deleting cache of browser and plugins
    – deactivated every plugin except Woocommerce
    – deactivated Woocommerce and re-activated Woocommerce
    – roll back Woocommerce version to older version
    – re-installing wordpress latest version

    Can you take maintenance mode off please? Is the message now gone with debug mode off?

    I will leave the debug mode from wp-config file on, so you can see the error

    Please look asap, because otherwise customers will go on the website and will be startled at what they will see ??

    Customers won’t see that error message but they will see that there’s no slider if you indeed turned it off. I suggest turning that back on.

    I see that I can’t even install or search new plugins… mmm… what is going on

    I see it now. Have you made backups of your site and the DB? Do you have those?

    1.) Disable WC and then turn back on.
    2.) Go to WC > Status > Tools > Update Database

    Make backups before doing #2

    Let me know when you’re all done.

    when I pressed update DB it said something like Routine upgrade for the database is scheduled to run in the background. / is this the correct message, why doesn’t it update it immediatly?
