Help! After uninstalling there is an error at each [gallery]

Hi!
I’ve just installed this gallery on a site, but it never loaded properly. When I deactivate and delete the plugin I’m very surprised to find the following error on the web page above where the [gallery] shortcode is called:
Warning: Illegal string offset ‘ids’ in /home1/ozmi/public_html/tas360.com/wp-content/plugins/bilych-gallery/public/class-bilych-gallery-public.php
There is also in the source a call to the CSS.

How can I remove these pieces?
