Help Adding a Custom Header

    I’ve created a custom header (.png) and I’m at the point where I’m ready to add it to my site. I am not very experienced with CSS but could definitely figure it out with a little instruction. My website is https://www.makewavesmedia.com/

    By the way, I have My Custom CSS.

    Can anyone help me out?
