    Hi:

Unfortunately we’re unable to see the video. Looks like a login is required. Can you make the file public?

    Thanks.

    Hi:

Thanks for the making the video available. Can you open your browser console to see if there are any Javascript errors shown after you click the link? That is the most common reason for links not to work.

Also, can you go to your wordpress PERMALINKS page (under the wordpress SETTINGS menu option) and just click that SAVE button? That tends to refresh WordPress’s permalinks and slugs.

    Thanks.

Hello I made the instructions, to enter permalinks and save … but it does not show any improvement … here is the video entering and showing everything: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1yrbUMnOgypZ_Dn4mv0q7SEbMMXqxHWQ4/view?usp=sharing but it’s the same

    Hello:

Did you check for javascript errors in your browser console?

    Thanks.

    Hi:

I don’t think any of those should affect the ability to click on the link. I assume you’re able to click on all the other links in that linkset?

    Thanks.

Well here is another video showing everything: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1zwmOBAI_n-icE3O9xNSMZZUkQEcJ68aC/view?usp=sharing I have uninstalled everything and I have reinstalled it, its application, woocommerce and others but it is the same, that error occurred to me since I had updated the application!

    Hi:

The only thing I can suggest is to lets go back to basics and make sure the basics work.

    1. Please switch your theme to the basic 2015/16/17 theme.
    2. Please disable all plugins except Awesome Support and WooCommerce.

    Does the link work then?

    Thanks.

Well before recording the video I did everything you tell me: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1dARtEbGkMn1u-F2Por4Z6iA_LC4NpRt0/view?usp=sharing I think it’s problems with your add-on, as shown by “/my-account/0/ and it does not show or direct me to the address: https://www.awesomescreenshot.com/image/3714124/617a1bd1b203b53fa2c670589e3579df

    Hi:

Unfortunately I’m unable to replicate the issue on our side. It works on every one of our test site and servers that I’ve tried today. So it has to be something that is unique about your installation – it could be a plugin, theme or even how WP or WC is configured.

Maybe one thing to double check would be that the MY TICKETS and SUBMIT TICKET pages are selected under TICKETS->SETTINGS->GENERAL. The “0” in the url might be indicating that the page isn’t set properly there.

    Thanks.

The other thing to try is to duplicate the MY TICKETS and SUBMIT TICKETS pages and then set those as the ticket pages under TICKETS->SETTINGS->GENERAL. Sometimes that resets things with caches (if a cache is in place).

    Thanks.

Hello, is the User Role plugin that fails, add the 0, do you know of another plugin that complies with these features?
