Admins with control over specific user groups only

    Hello,
    I am trying to figure the way to allow the following structure:

    – Site Admin (will create the users for the groups admins and will have full access).

    — admin for group of users (able to add/edit/remove only users of his group) – there will be around 80 different groups, each with several dozens of users.

    — group users – able to update their personal info (will need to add custom fields for the users) and to buy products such as field trips (will add subscriptions so that who ever subscribes could buy field trips or other things with discount)
    No administrative access to the regular users.

    I already installed many many plugins related to memberships, subscriptions, access control etc’ but didn’t find any plugin that could give this function of admins that can only control users of their own specific group.

    With hope that this is doable…
