Help

  • I am having a difficult time viewing my theme. After speaking to someone in a chat they told me to ask someone who knows the theme. My problem is with the theme and stylesheet. If anyone knows what to do please reply.

    A white screen like you’re seeing is often a symptom of PHP crashing. Can you enable debugging and then post any errors that appear? Also, did you receive any errors when you attempted to activate the theme, and if so, what was the exact text of the error message?

    I forgot the exact message it was from support and how would I do that?

    You can edit wp-config.php using cPanel, FTP, or whatever file management application your host provides. If you don’t know how to use or access cPanel, I suggest asking your hosting provider for assistance. Once you’ve got the file, use a plain text editor like Notepad to add

    define( 'WP_DEBUG', true );

    to turn on debugging. (Once we figure out what’s going on, you should remove that line to turn off debugging.) Save the file and reupload it. The next time you visit your site, you’ll see some sort of error message. Copy that message down, exactly as you see it, and then post the message here.
