Hey @muchneededmerch

You can change the cart color from Appearance > Customize Header > Navigation > Primary Menu Color.

But it will change the Menu color too. If you want to change only the cart color, insert this in Additional CSS

.woocommerce-active .site-header-cart .cart-contents:after{
    color:#fb7;
}
