Help! 403 forbidden

  • Hi,

    I have taken over the management of a wordpress site (www.hostelwunderbar.com) and I tried to change the permalink ending. The system thought about it for a few minutes and now I can’t login or see any of the pages (either in wordpress or the actual website). I can’t access anything to reverse this change – what should I do? I am hosting through alfa hosting. I am not very clued up on the jargon for this either so really simple advice would be great.

    i usually login through hostelwundrbar.com/wp-login but i cant even see the editing page now…… how can i get in and fix this stuff?
