Hello-World Plugin Not Working !!

  • I saw hello world(link) written on the top left of my wordpress.when i clicked on it it redirect to
    wp-admin/wp-content/plugins/hello-world/yes/index.php
    but i don’t have installed hello world under plugins..but in wordpress\wp-content\plugins\c-creator\Yes\index.php
    Now it comes with
    500 Internal Server Error error

    When i created hello-world folder under plugins and copied yes folder in it..now it redirects me to new page but…with this error

    Object not found!

    The requested URL was not found on this server. The link on the referring page seems to be wrong or outdated. Please inform the author of that page about the error.
