Mobile phone: Play MiniClip, connect with swipe on the display

Hello, I want to combine the clip of an all-round camera drive of a product with the left / right swipe on the mobile phone. Is this possible?
There is a similar effect on Facebook for pictures. They are compressed because they are too big. And when you scroll up / down you can see the whole picture … I am unfortunately missing the key term for good research.
