Height of Video thumbnails is cutoff

    Since recent updates of this plugin, the thumbnails on my videos page all have their height cutoff, so you can only see a small part of them. Is there a fix?

    Hi babatree,

    Thank you for your question.
    You can change the thumbnail size by setting YotuWP > General > Video Thumbnail Ratio
    Please change to Normal 4:3

    I set default size to 16:9 because it is common this time.

    Hi Anthony, it was already set to Normal4:3. Also the cutoff seems to be a lot more than 16:9. What else could it be?

    Hi Babatree,

    Please edit your page then try to remove attribute thumbratio=”169″ on gallery shortcode

    Or change it to thumbratio=”43″

    That still didn’t do it. Any other suggestions?
