    Hi there.
It’s showing perfectly when previewing in scrollsequence edit page but when I put the shortcode in my homepage, the height is showing weirdly.
The frames and the text are not fixed in the center of the screen and when you scroll there’s a big gap and it jumps to the final frame.
Please help. Thank you in advance.

    Hi @yuhsuancho,

Thanks for using Scrollsequence. I understand you’re having issues, I’m happy to help you out.

Generally speaking, I think this is an incompatibility between the plugin and the theme. Also, you mentioned that the issue?is only happening when they are added to the homepage.

With this, could you please try to change the following file “ssq-lib__premium_only.js” located in plugins/scrollsequence/public/js folder on line that starts with //pinReparent: true, remove the “//” and enter only?pinReparent:true,

This changes the behavior on how the animation sticks to the viewport.

Please also note?that the un-commenting will be overwritten once you update the plugin, so make sure to turn auto-updates off and update the plugin manually and re-do the change.

Thanks for your cooperation. Let us know how it goes.

    Kind regards,
    Jamie

    Hi Jamie

Thanks for your reply. I was trying your way to edit the js file but couldn’t find the specific file ‘ssq-lib__premium.only.js’. There are only ssq-block.js and ssq-lib.js and both of them don’t have ‘//pinReparent: true’ code. Can you help take a look?

    Hi @yuhsuancho

Thanks for getting back to us, and apologies for the delayed response.

I understand that you?couldn’t find the specific file ssq-lib__premium.only.js, and one reason for this that I can think of is that you are using the free version of the plugin. Could you please confirm if this is the case for you?

Could you also please share with us the page with this issue, so we can check further?

    Looking forward to your response.

    Kind regards,
    Jamie
