HEIF format not working in file upload

    Hello

    Appreciate any help as I am new to wordpress

    I have a page to allow users to upload multiple files. I am using multiple file upload plugin for contact form 7.

    Right now the users are not able to upload photos taken from an iphone. I tried including heic/heif format but still the same error.

    I am looking for a workaround for this as this is crucial for our application.

    Hi Glen,

    Sorry for the late reply, I was off for a week and just back to work.

    So I played around a bit and found that infact heif was working. The problem was the size limit. Since the allowed limit is 3 MB, some of the pictures are above 3 MB and that is what caused the issue. When i tried to upload pictures less than 3MB size, it was uploaded without any error.
