.heic file not getting uploaded

  • I have installed the plugin. I have checked the settings page. Looks like my website supports your plugin all okay. then I have tried to upload .heic files but they are not getting uploaded. What should I do?

    Hi, thanks for trying my plugin!

    Do you have the “Replace” feature checkbox enabled? That would prevent HEIC Support from keeping the .heic copies.

    If not, visit the Media Library and see if the .heic files are uploaded adjacent to the converted images. Upload an .heic image from the Media Library page. Refresh after the upload completes. Do you see it?
