Moving #secondary widget area twentyeleven

I am trying to remove my sidebar/widget area/secondary in twenty eleven so that it isn’t nested inside the main div in order to make it float outside to the right of the main content.

As far as I can tell the following code is the only place I can locate any reference to the #secondary area. However moving the #secondary Div in the header.php code below seems to be fruitless…any ideas?

I’ve been through the entire forum trying to find an answer to no avail.
