Hebrew zip file name problem – underscore instead of site name

Hi,
When I backup Hebrew sites, backup file name contain underscore “____” instead of site name (which is in Hebrew).
For example:
backup_2015-05-03-1727____6cda5f29c0a4-db.gz
instead of
backup_2015-05-03-1727_SITENAME_6cda5f29c0a4-db.gz
Is there a way to control backup filename ?
