hebrew url problem in logo links

hello.
a hebrew url looks like this:
https://touch-up.co.il/wp/logoshowcase/vogue-%D7%90%D7%A8%D7%92%D7%95%D7%A0%D7%99%D7%AA-%D7%90%D7%A7%D7%A8%D7%99%D7%9C%D7%99%D7%AA/when i try to past a link like this in the plugin as a link, it is showing the link as:
https://touch-up.co.il/wp/example:
in this site:
https://touch-up.co.il/wp/on the bottom left there is a logo of a product named “VOGUE ??????? ???????”
if you stand on it you will see the problem
this can creat a big SEO problem with the URL
can you please help me with this ?
