Hebrew Code Translation – UTF-8 ?

  • Hi,

    i’m trying to translate the themes\comments.php to Hebrew, and do the same for the templates\respond.php content.

    however, while succeeding in the first case, i wasn’t able to modify the respond.php, and all i can see are strange characters.

    is there a way to fix it ?
