Heavy packages not showing shipping rates

    This item’s shipping weight is 120 lbs. When added to your cart, it shows that there are no rates available when UPS & Fedex both ship up to 150 lbs.

    Please make sure that some valid services are available between your source and destination, by using FedEx or UPS calculator.

    If the rates are coming, please provide the complete debug request and response. So that I can analyse the issue.

    Note: Please don’t forget to delete sensitive information from the debug data.
