Actually it’s an actual bug/problem …

To reproduce, just login in “my account” and click “my support ticket”.
I get that 404 error ….

What can it be ?
I had a support request open during Tribe Events vacations, and I never saw the answer.

The error is still there,
you should update your website menu if this URL is not going to work anymore.

The error message means that the system cannot return your thread.
I am unsure why, but here is the recommended approach.

1. Log in to your account first https://theeventscalendar.com/my-account/
2. Click on the ‘My support tickets’ link

“Heavens to Murgatroid!” is a message that I find by clicking on “my support tickets”,
now I understood that this is maybe a problem related to my username with a @ in it ?
