• I have everything installed. I have a html 5 child theme, and I checked the source code the heatmap.js loads at the end of the page. I have mouse clicks checked. It does record all clicks and browser information but not heatmaps. I tested it on sarfari, chrome and firefox, mac version. It says loading heat map but nothing shows up. I read some of the support sections finding nothing with the change. The site is horsemanship4life.com

    Any ideas?

    Hi,

Did you test with the enable drawing heat map option checked as well?

I’ve tested your website with Chrome 30 on Windows 8 quickly and the heat map works. Can you try checking the ignore device pixel ratio and ignore zoom level options. Also, please try disabling all of your plugins and then test. This helps to isolate the problem.

What Mac version do you have? What browser versions did you test?

Thanks for your help to fix this.
    Daniel.

Hi again. Can you please also tell me if the other heatmap works (uncheck the heatmap.js option). Thanks

Hi. Thanks the your information. I’ll look into the problem further and get back to you.

Additionally can you please test if the heat map displays on my website https://danielpowney.com?drawHeatMap=true on your Mac.

    Thanks

It seems to work now with heatmap=true my site. Not sure why I didn’t change anything but still when I click on show headmaps in the backend they are not showing up. Even after you and I clicked into my site.

Could it be the js build?

Ok. So you are saying it does not work for you if heat map is launched from wp-admin? But works fine if drawHeatMap=true manually appended to URL? What is the URL generated to draw heat map from wp-admin? This is likely a JS issue. Thanks

Yes it works now on drawheatmap=true, I think disabling it shows it. However the heat map in admin “user tracking” for each visit does not showup when you click on the button link. This is the one you clicked on
