Hello, submitted a ticket to your github issue tracker:
https://github.com/stephenharris/WP-MarkDown/issues/61I wanted to report it broken on 4.1 also issue #56 also points out the potential root of the issue. I think the plugin has to be reworked to work with HeartBeat / ajax better?
