    Does bbpnns plugin rely on the use of WordPress Heartbeat to run ANY part of the plugin? Perhaps the Background Notifications??
    I ask becasue Siteground Optimizer suggests I let it control WP Heartbeat but I worry Background Notifications will be affected.
    Please advise

    Hi @rjpivonka,

    No, bbpnns does not use the heartbeat but it *does* use wp-cron if you have set up Background Notifications.

    If you’re only letting SG control the heartbeat, things will work normally (bbpnns-wise).
