Heart icon missing – a fix

Just a quick tip to add to the FAQ… I found that because my permissions weren’t setup properly for my theme the them was unable to create the necessary plugin CSS to display the icon properly.

The fix was to temporarily set the theme perms to full 777, run the updates needed and then revert the perms back to safer values.

This was for the Porto theme from SmartWaveThemes team.

Hope that’s useful for someone else who hit similar issues.
