Health Status: “Action Call” shows KO

Hi there,
this has been asked before by others: On the health status overview page, the “Action Call” shows KO. Why is that? I have read, that this should not be a problem. However, customers contantly asked whether this is a problem or not which is pretty time-consuming for us.
If everything is working fine, there shouldn’t be any warning. Can we fix this?
