Health check message

  • Hi, I run the health check plugin at got these message. Do not know how to solve the problems. Please advise me ??

    Plugin and Theme Updates
    Plugin update hooks have been removed.

    Theme update hooks have been removed.

    As the message says to update the plugin and themes that you have installed, update your themes and plugin from your WordPress dashboard. Please try this, hope this will help you.

    One of your plugins has disabled automatic updates. Use the Troubleshooting tab to disable plugins, then enable them one at a time to figure out which one.
