Headway Theme Content Block Question

Hi, just wondering if anyone using Headway Themes knows how to insert a permanent image between the Post Title and Content. I want this to apply to each post.
The image is like a page break to tie in with my site design so I want to be able to remove it and have the changes apply to all previous posts if I change my design in the future. I just can’t figure out how to do it. Thanks!
