Headlines Only Like Alltop/PopUrls

    hello, can this plugin pull in headlines only to make a site similar to those I listed above? Can it be done with the free version, or do I need any of the premium plugins? I need to build a site that has instantly updating headlines from RSS feeds and need it to look like Alltop. How can this be done?
