Headline and subheadline order?

Hi there – new user experimenting with various widgets. See the image slider you can have a headline (large text) and a subheadline (smaller text), but the subheadline appears first, above the main headline? Is this correct? Can I change so the headline is first with subheadline below like the rest of the world??
