Headline and Featured section probelm in arthemia theme

Dear all,

I m new to wordpress and facing a problem arthemia theme.

My posts for the categories Headline and Featured are not displayed at proper place.

I already made two categories “Headline” and “Featured” using the wordpress GUI.

When I post something under these categories, instead showing it at the top Headline section it is being shown at normal category sections.
