I’ve downloaded the Black Studio plugin but the headings on my text don’t show up in the copy, either on the page builder or the general visual editor for pages. Any help? I’m not a developer so if it’s a case of doing something to the CSS I might need a step by step!

  • Hi @meadfairy

Please send a link to a page where you’ve added a Visual Editor widget and are missing content on the front end. We’ll take a look and see if we can see what the problem is. Thanks.

    Sorry for late reply,

    https://infusioncomms.co.uk/time-to-bin-the-waffle-and-embrace-words-that-work/

is an example of where I have h2 tags in but they aren’t showing up.

Also, the theme menu doesn’t work screen resolutions of 128-500 (Tablet size), it’s great on mobile and full laptop but when you try to view on a tablet it doesn’t work. I really like the theme and don’t want to change it, is there a way to include a media query for tablet in the CSS? (Not a dev so if that terminology is wrong – sorry!)

Thanks for the feedback. I don’t think your link came through. Please re-send.

Vantage has a mobile menu included in the premium version. If you’d like to check that offering out, go to Appearance > Vantage Premium.

Strange, it’s showing in the thread above

    https://infusioncomms.co.uk/time-to-bin-the-waffle-and-embrace-words-that-work/

I’ve bought the premium version, and have responsive menu enbaled, is this to do with adjusting the resolution for the mobile menu collapse option?

Ahh there we go, not sure why it wasn’t there for me earlier.

Please go to Appearance > Customize > Theme Design > Fonts and check the heading font color, it looks to be set to white which is why you aren’t able to see your headings.

The mobile menu collapse is an adjustable setting at Appearance > Theme Settings > Navigation > Mobile Menu Collapse. Adjusting it will change which device the mobile menu activates on. Increase it for tablet. 780 or 1024.

    Hope that helps.

Huh, that’s odd. Will go through and double check all the colour settings.

Thanks for the adjustment advice, I’ve set it higher to try and avoid that issue, think it’s ok now.

For sure ?? Glad we could help.
