Heading title issues

If your design allows it, then you should use row/col elements:

to use your image as the background of either the row or the col:

(You could delete the 2nd column, if you only need one.)
This way you could insert your layer inside the column, so it would be over the image, similarly as you see here:

But if your design won’t allow this, you can see here how you can put down your layer with absolute positioning:

A couple versions ago we have renamed “canvas mode” to “absolute position”. We usually suggest avoiding this position mode when possible, because it could be hard to make absolute layers responsive, but you can see here the options you have: https://youtu.be/_3Knh5hMGrs?t=212
