Heading Moved to Right

    I changed the heading in the default WordPress template and now it is away to the right of the page. When I click back to the default WordPress template the heading is still to the right. How do I overcome this?

    I have changed the heading many times on this installation without a problem,and suddenly this has started after I had somebody design a template for me. I didn’t like it, and reverted to default to put my onw header back on and ever since then I have had this problem.

  • Don’t edit the Twenty Ten theme! Your changes will be over-written the next time you upgrade WordPress or the theme. For this reason, it is recommended that you consider creating a child theme for your customisations.

    The problem has righted itself. I have edited the Twenty Ten theme on a number of other blogs without any problems. However, I will create a ‘child’ theme so as to avoid any future problems.
