    Mobile compatibility is theme-dependent.

Since you use a commercial theme or plugin and need support, please go to their official support channel. In order to be good stewards of the WordPress community, and encourage innovation and progress, we feel it’s important to direct people to those official locations.

Forum volunteers are also not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why your commercial theme or plugin is not working properly. This is one other reason why volunteers forward you to the commercial product’s vendors. The vendors are responsible for supporting their commercial product.

    Thank you for your response.

I purchased the premium addition from https://themefarmer.com/ but the paid version was unfinished so I eneded up using the free one.

ThemeFarmer never responded to my questions ..

I’m not sure which padding you are unhappy with. Mobile menu items are intentionally spaced out to help prevent tapping errors on mobile devices. When we space items too close together and use Google Search Console, we get messages that tap items are too close together and failing to correct it could cause our site to not be well placed in mobile search results.
