I just upgraded and am playing around with it on my local dev site. I had the day of the week working, as per instructions, but I noticed the new version sets it back a day. But then I realized it’s just the heading that is wrong.

For example, I want it on Sunday and even though it says, “Site Default (Sunday)”, the heading shows it’s starting on Saturday. But the date is right.

So it’s showing today’s date as being Sunday, November 9.

I cut in the code you suggested. I cleared the caches and pulled up the calendar. Same issue as the other change. The single calendar is now misaligned but the group calendar is good.

I backed out the code and the example is back where I started. The single google calendar is aligned but the group calendar is off again.

I did check to see if I have Sunday (default) as the “week starts on” parameter for both the single and grouped calendar.

    Hello everyone.

We are working hard to correct this issue permanently. I think I have discovered what the problem was and we have a beta version available here for anyone willing to give it a go and provide some feedback:

    https://www.dropbox.com/s/ubl7gx45k744zfx/simple-calendar-3.0.6-beta1.zip?dl=1

The version is marked as a beta so it will not interfere with any of your future automatic updates (including the official 3.0.6 release when we get it out).

Any confirmation that it is/is not working is greatly appreciated!

    Thanks!

    Hi Nick
I’ve installed the beta 3.06 and it’s displaying fine as regards the days of the week. Thanks!
I still have the collapsing two day events into one problem. But every little helps.

    Hi Nick
    I removed 3.05 and installed the 3.06BETA.

Both the single calendar view and the grouped calendar view (GRID) have the days aligned properly.

here is the proof if interested. No changes in any of the posts, etc. Just the new Beta plugin

    Awesome thanks for the updates.

Is there anyone who is NOT having the issue in 3.0.5 willing to update to 3.0.6 to see if it still is correct?

After our 3.0.2 fix it worked for a lot of users but then other users started experiencing the problem at that point. I am just trying to make sure both sides are taken care of here.

    Thanks!

    Hi Nick,

3.0.5 fixed the problem for me.

    Thanks!

Great! Since it seems to be resolved now I am going to mark this thread as resolved. If anyone has any issues still after the latest update though please let me know.

    Thanks!

Hi the days of the week now line up correctly as of the latest update. Thanks!

    Nick,
Sorry to do this but 3.0.7 broke something. My “all day” marked google events are carrying over to multiple days in both the grid view and list view; both single calendars and grouped calendars.
