Heading Font issue on home page (mobile)

    Hi,

    on mobile only :

    My heading font doesn’t work on my home page since today. Whatever the font I choose (in the customizer) it stays with a generic one.
    On other pages, it works fine, could you help ?

    Hello again,

    Even on some computers, the Header fond in my home page is displaying a generic one (whereas my others pages are ok). So not only a mobile issue.

    Well I didn’t found how to fix it. So I copied the html code of my home page, created another on, pasted it there, and defined it as my home page. Now my fonts are ok.

    I found the source of the issue ! ??

    When I add a paragraph block in my page, and try to change the font just for this paragraph (with the block settings), boom all my header page fonts switch to generic and have no way to fix it (unless I copy paste the HTML code to a new page).

    I tried to restore previous version of the page, but it does not fix this issue neither.

    Any help ? Thanks

    Hi @alamiali,

    Sorry for the late reply. The Block Editor doesn’t include a font selector, so it could be a conflict between Chaplin and whatever plugin you use to add the font selector.

    From what I can see in the code for your site, the font currently set as the heading font is Libre Franklin. Does that match the setting you have in the Customizer?

    I’m not sure I’m using a plugin for this, here is a screenshot where I’m able to change the font on a paragraph block.

    Right now everything is fine (Libre franklin font) as I figured out the source of the issue and I do not touch it anymore ??

    @alamiali Yeah, those font settings are not included in the Core functionality for the Block Editor. But if the issue is resolved, that’s beside the point ?? Glad you got it fixed!
