Heading element not changeable

  • Hi!

    I’m changing the footer of one of my websites, but when adding the ‘heading’ element, nothing happens when I click ‘save changes’. I can click the button, but nothing happens. I have checked and other elements of the mega addons do work. I can also close the pop-up, just not save any changes.

    Am I doing something wrong perhaps?

    I just checked It to my side and Its working fine.
    Not sure what’s the reason and It should work.

    Please go to demo page and at the end copy VC shortocdes and paste to your testing page and check if heading & description shows?

    Thanks for the fast responds.
    I tried and that does work. I can also add the heading element in the footer, I can just not change anything about it due to not being able to ‘save changing’.
    I have already tried updating both the theme and all plugins, but nothing helps.

    Deactivate all of your plugins. If this solves the problem, gradually activate your plugins one by one. If still remain issue then
    Change your WordPress theme to WordPress TwentyNinteen or other default WordPress theme and check again.

    The problem seems to be the compatibility with Upsolution Core. The strange thing is that I also manage another website that has both the mega addons and upsolution core, where it works without any problems.
